The project originated from a client named Handa in Japan, who contacted us to purchase a display screen for a close friend's mall. After market research, they identified a significant profit margin in the Japanese market, as local prices for similar displays were at least double the cost of those from Chinese manufacturers. Initially, the client requested a sample, leading us to sell a 500x1000mm die-cast aluminum sample. After receiving the sample, the client required remote assistance for calibration, which we provided promptly, ensuring they were equipped with the necessary knowledge for operation.
The primary order involved an outdoor 4x2 LED screen. The client desired a wall-mounted outdoor setup without the complexity of extensive steel structures for support. After several design revisions, we finalized the use of front maintenance modules and iron cabinets. This solution ensured outdoor waterproofing, reduced the overall structure depth to only 15cm, and eliminated the need for complex steel frameworks and labor costs.
Understanding the urgency to penetrate the local market, the client requested expedited production for the first batch of goods. Despite the standard 15-day production timeline, our team efficiently completed the manufacturing process in just 10 days, showcasing our commitment to meeting client deadlines without compromising on quality.
